Where in NJ is the car going to be auctioned? Is the auction opened to the public or do you need a dealers lisense? What is a Coparts account? Jerseysky66
http://www.copart.com/ In Illinois, you have to be a licensed dealer or rebuilder to bid at their auctions.
JohnD1956, Did you notice the trunk to quarter and a-pillar to door glass gaps. This car took a nice shot. Glassboro is about 15 minutes from me.....
GS462GS, yes, I did. Actually, the car must have been in great shape to take this hit with the limited damage I see. Of course who knows what's underneath? As to my other comment, I guess I just don't understand the desire to put tailpipes on that extend from the bumper like that. I have seen several cars here like that and I wouldn't do that to one of my cars. But I suppose to each his/her own. It's none of my business. I apologize if I offended anyone. ou: John D
WOW, that car took a hit. It might be fixable but I bet there is damage all the way back to the rear. Extending the tail pipe out past the rear is a good way to get the inside of the car quieter. As it gets all the sound out from under it but it does look funny. I had some on my Firebird like that and the inside ride was super quiet, they looked funny sticking out 90 feet.
Both pipes are the same length. Even if this collision got into the frame horn it can be pulled back around. Current bid shows $1100.00
John D, Sticks out like trailer hitch should?! Probably wouldn't hurt as much on the shins when you slam into them. Nice convertable :TU:
