Here's what I've found the steering wheel isn't black and appears to be from a later model buick. The coolant overflow tank is yellow, I wouldn't use it. As for the power steering brackets, I have those let me know did you need the power steering reservoir too. Thanks much.

Bolted to the rear of the LH head is the vacuum pipe for the power brakes. I need the clip only that secures the vacuum pipe.

do you know what the clip looks like, if you have a picture possiblly send it to me, I don't want to pull the wrong part. If it's there it's yours.

I just bought a vacuum pipe without the clip. I'll try to repost the pic from the vendor. Pic has two pipes shown. One with the clip attached is a 350 version, pipe without the clip is the 455.
Bear with me & I'll search the site.
    Found it.
This is a pic of an engine recently built by Jim Weise @ Tri-Shield Performance.
You can see the rubber hose at the rear LH side of the engine, loose at one end & attached to a steel tube. The clip for the tube is bolted to the rear of the head, finished in black. The tube continues to the rear of the intake.
The clip is the only piece I need.
