SCREW NOVA OWNERS...THEY'RE BUICK HATING PRICKS!!!

Well, after much looking for information on the back half and what little mods I can do for good traction I have found nothing and am going to try it on my own. I would love to be able to find a subframe connector where I don't have to relocate the rear frame rails, but I since I haven't I'm probably just going to weld square tubing into place where I need to make the connection. i'm also going to get some Cal-Tracs and bolt them on....

Leads me to my question...should I go with monoleafs with Cal-Tracs or stick with my worn out stock springs???

    subframe connectors

Kieth, Ill get under mine and do some measuring. They were for a nova. Ran into floorpan issues, and were a coulple inches to short as well. Why they would differ from the Nova that much I dont know but mine did. I went with bolt in style and used solid bushings 1/2 " lower than stock. Mainly the rear perch mounts and the front section did match up and make the installation doable , just a little welding needs to done. Let me know what may be of use to you and Ill see if I can help.

    chumbo,

What I really want to know is how the subframe connectors affect the front leaf mount bushing as that will be what affects the installation of the cal-tracs. Thanks for looking.

Would Pontiac Ventura stuff be a closer match than Nova stuff?
Aren't they the same body style too?

..maybe there's no Ventura stuff avaliable either :Do No:

from what I understand the ventura stuff and the Olds Omega stuff are all the same as Apollo stuff and Nova stuff (at least they are all listed under the same part numbers) I think the problem is most people with these cars just backhalf the things or leave them totally stock
