If I were to take the cutout area of a 72 gs and have it welded to a 69 skylark hood should all the hood contours still line up? What is the main difference between the 70-72 hoods and 68-69 hoods?
I don't think that the '72 GS hood scoop area would line up at all with the '68-'69 hoods as the '70-'72 has the crease in the middle of the hood while the '68-'69 does not.
