Mark....ARE YOU OK??? Put the gun down..we want to help you....

Seriously though,I know where one of the Silver station wagon Pinto's are that have the stripes on it that's just sitting in the fencerow.Last spring I actually looked at it and the paint was faded, but the car was still decent shape. Has 78,000 + miles on it and is a stick car with the same 2.3 motor. If I weren't up to my neck in Buicks,I'd get it and drop a 302 in there and have fun. The Merc's are a little homlier than the Pinto in my opinion..

:Do No: I can't explain my fascination with the wagon. It just seems so ... dare I say ... cute?

Ah well, I do like the 1 single button in the center of the seats. Why you think they placed it there? It doesn't look classy. :idea2:

Thats OK, I was looking at an Opel wagon today. Just the thing for a 215 aluminum engine.

Say it ain't so, Mark. Buick Friends don't let Buick Friends drive Pintos (or Bobcats). Is it the faux wood wagon siding? I have a wierd thing for wagons with wood siding, too. Just let this one go on to Pinto Heaven. A 302 would make it a little more interesting, though, and a little better to avoid being rear-ended.

Go the Vega GT Wagon with a 350 V8 or the Opel Manta Wagon route. http://images.google.com/imgres?img...gon&start=60&ndsp=20&um=1&hl=en&safe=off&sa=N
