Well it depends on what your attatching the picture to.... sometimes tape or glue works. o No: If you looking to attatch one to a post... scroll down to "Manage Attachments" click on that and you can brows,,, find your picture and upload it. Then when you submit your post it will show up. Pretty simple... sometimes you might need to shrink the picture though. it will let you know when your file is to big.
A good size for posting here is 640 x 480 pixels. If you need to resize your pic files, there are threads in this forum with links to "free" software you can download online, not hard to find with a little searching.
