I always carry my camera with me because sometimes I come accross some "STRANGE" STUFF, [this has nothing to do with BUICKS, but here goes]. After leaving the "Long Island Boys" muscle car getogether, the wife and I headed east on Long Island. We came accross something STRANGE.............VERY STRANGE !!!!!!!!!!!!
The STRANGEST part of all this is when I looked in the window of one of the garages.................there it was............complete with "FLUX CAPASITOR" & everything, THE REAL DEAL. I thought Universal Studios owned the real car, or maybe somebody had one CLONED.............Would love to see peoples reaction to that thing pulling into town!!!!!!!!!! [couldn't get a picture, garage was dark]. TUFBUICK
my girlfriends dad has one sitting out back of his shop. its in pretty good shape. i would never buy one but if i were givin one id love it! pete
if only the twin turbo (i think it was twin turbo) model had come out.. for a stainless steal body it didn't weigh a lot (thin of course) and given a turbo or two it would fly what a find.. i love those movies btw... one of my favorites
woah.. that is cool its like near me in Wilmont wisconsin i drove past a house. a guy had one on a custom frame to drop the running gear out of it. it was 2-3" or so square tubing hard to see when just driving by. you coulda swore the car was floating about 2' off the ground. nate
Maybe some new movie is coming out that's gonna use them (and destroy them :ball: ). Anyone else heard about the new "Dukes of Hazzard" movie that's in development? Say goodbye to another 30 Chargers. :ball:
That's just weird. I count 27 of them, probably 30 there with the ones inside. Considering they only built about 8500 of them, that's quite a collection. Maybe you found Debby Grady (bottom of the page): http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,37514,00.html - Freed
The place you found is called "PJ Grady" They are a very well known Delorean Sales and Service center. They reproduce parts, sell used parts etc. to Delorean owners across the country. They usually advertise in Hemmings. I fixed his 4 gas analyser about a year ago (Im a field service tech for Snap On tools). Interesting place to say the least. Jason
Jason, are you sure you didn't fix their....."FLUX CAPASITOR", maybe we should be calling you "DOC" !o No: o No: o No:
Hey Ron! On second thought, I did see a guy with crazy white hair running around in a white lab coat when I was there. No flux capacitors in sight. Cant fix em anyway, they dont say "Snap On" on them! Jason "Doc" Cook
