Beauty 1968 442, 455, 51k miles $21,000

    1972Mach1 Just some M.M.O.G. guy.....

    This car should NOT have a 455 from the factory, it should have a 400. What it actually has, nobody knows until they call or go see it in person. It is a great looking car either way, and a good deal I think. I really love the blue top, myself.

    If it is matching numbers, it's one of the three 400s avail in 68. If it's a 455, it's not matching numbers.

    Related to this question, I would think, would be why a 51K orig mile car would need a replacement engine. There could be an explanation, it's just a bit unusual.

    Hurst Olds’ 455s were factory installed but Olds lied about it and said the Hurst folks did it.
