Just wanted everyone to know that Tim "RIVBUILDER" Goheen is a great member to deal with. I purchased two consoles from him that were shipped the following day with UPS. Well, when they arrived, one box was crushed and inside was and a nice console with a piece that was broken off, and a large crack in the center :Brow: . We both had to argue with UPS for the claim status to get resolved, and they eventually paid. They would have denied it if Tim wouldn't have gotten involved, which he gladly did, and then it was approved. Thanks for everything, Tim!! :TU:
It took four weeks The claim was filed on 10/15/04, and the check arrived 11/12/04. As I said, it was initially denied until Tim got involved. He not only got it paid, but he had them send the claim check directly to me. What a great board member!! Thanks again, Tim! :TU:
