I have a full set (minus the 2 front fender pieces). The metal can be polished, but it looked (when it was on the car) like the rubber had shrunk. I saved these in the corner of my garage for someone like you. As with most of my deals, I will trust you and send you the parts if you give me an address, no charge. If they are something you can use, pay back shipping plus what you think they are worth. I've never seen a set for sale anywhere, so I have no idea what they are worth, if anything.
