this is what it looks like when i ignore (block) you dano but like briz said: you can always read the ignored post if you want but when an ignored member opens a thread, it will not show up in the new posts only when there is a reply in that thread, it shows up with the reply as the first post
Thx (for ignoring me, lol)! Hopefully haven't made too many enemies on here. Can only think of 4 ppl I've ever made snide comments to. Two of them were car related & we're fine. The other 2 were political which is why I wish I didn't know anyone's political leanings on here (& one reason I avoid the Coronavirus forum) but it slips out so...
Nope. not you guys. A self admitted thief and someone I consider to not have good morals. Have no tolerance for that type of person + the guy responds with the most stupid off the wall comments on many threads.
Right there with you, Steve. I've only got 2 on my ignore list. He's one of them, the other got booted off the site and I don't know if he's been back or not .
"Pleasantly stupid" I like that! This is the right description for a relative of mine that lost her house for unpaid property taxes because she thought the bank was still paying them even though she had paid the mortgage off. Didn't you get notices we asked? Yes, but when I got the loan the bank said they would pay the property taxes so I ignored them. She also had a battery back up sump pump and removed the battery. "Why would I need a battery for the sump pump? It was plugged into an outlet" You can guess what happened to her basement.
Used to "close" real estate heloc loans. Lot of paperwork. Very time consuming and detail oriented. Not much money to me for the work involved. The only time I had a closing go south and the borrower /client deep six the transaction was when the borrower/client got to the closing table and said"But,I'm not getting enough cash out from this!" and then reneged on the deal . I asked her if she had she considered this when she initiated the process. Response?"No,but I knew what the highest monthly payment I would make was X dollars and that's what I told them(the bank)". Never even inquired as to what her cash out would be. Only time this ever happened to me and I was doing the paperwork for the borrower/client for free as a personal favor. I could have wrung my sister's neck!
