Last year the blower motor was working and this year nothing happens when I turn on the switch. I replaced the fuse-that wasn't it. Then I replaced the blower relay-still nothing. Seems like the blower motor still turns but isn't getting any power. What to check next? Is it the dash switch?

Check the ground from the the motor case.

Look at the back of the motor, there should be a single connector covered by a rubber boot. Pull the connector off and run a hot wire directly to the motor post. The motor should run if it is good, if it does reconnect the connector. Going backwards from there look for the resistor pack that controls fan speed, it should be in the air plenum near the motor. there should be 4 wires there, 1 to the motor and 3 to the switch. Pull the 3 wire connector and use the hot lead again touching it to each of the 3 contact points on the resistor body. If the motor runs on each of these points the resistor is good and the problem is in the dash control switch or the wiring to the resistor. If it doesn't the problem is in the resistor itself.
