I cannot comment on any ET improvements because there has none. I put my converter back in the car and it seems to like the other one better. It's hard to push to hard when you are running a 10.0 index but I don't think there is a lot of ET increase in my converter. I'm afraid it's time to buy a different converter.

The Trans brake:laugh:  I'm still laughing. I had an issue with my digital 7 early in the year so I have John M's 7al 2 in the car. Well I don't have a two step hooked up so I decided to just launch the car holding a rpm. Sounds good in theory. Well I staged and realized I didn't have the controller in my hand so I grabbed it just in time to see the lights drop. So I stabbed the gas OH forgot to let go of the button 5500 and 3750 on 10.5 tires DID NOT work. I blew the tires off it and jumped about a foot straight up hell I hit my head on the ceiling of the car. I was laughing so damn hard I could hardly drive :Dou: I guess I will wait for my digital to come back before I try that again:laugh:

Sounds like fun! I wouldn't count on a two-step taking too much off of that launch. I assume your Digital-7 has one on board, correct? I've had my car hit hardest with the gas pedal floored, with no stutter at all hooked up to the trans-brake (like what you just did), but only on a good-hooking track! John Zerucha, however, subscribes to the "lower stutter hits harder" theory. He described it as follows: "If you wanted to kick in a door, wouldn't you want to take a running start, instead of trying to kick it in standing right in front of it?" I've heard racers swear by either method, so I'm guessing it depends on the car. My point is...If John's theory is the right one for your car, you'll blow the tires off even more with the two-step and less rpm, since it'll spin up the rpms the second you let go of the button. Of course, if it hooks really good, you might be staring at the sky. Trust me, that'll be COOL!! :TU:

    DAMN those 10.0 index's!!!!!!!
2 years ago you would have traded everything for a 10.0 pass.

Get it together man......You're my test mule with a trans-brake on Radials:moonu:
