    Hey guys,

A buddy of mine from work is cleaning out his dad's garage and found a right-front fender for a `70/`71 Nova. He says it's pretty darn clean and straight and wants to get rid of it. I know he means he'd like to get some money for it, but has no idea what. He's totally not into fiddling with or fixing cars, so he wouldn't want to do any trades.

Any suggestions as for the best way for him to broom it? He doesn't want to crate or ship it, but just wants it to go to a new home. Here's a crummy cell phone pic of it shortly after he "found" it-

He lives downriver somewhere, south of Detroit. (Riverview, I think)

Lemme' know what you guys think he should do. craigslist maybe? :idea2:

If its really straight and rust free, Id say put it on Craigslist and ask 100 bucks for it. Somebody will want it for that price.
I wouldnt let it go for less than 80 myself.

Thanks for the advice, William! I'll pass that along to my friend. :TU:

  4. I bet one of the guys on yenko.net would go nuts for that fender. Usually a few want ads looking for NOS sheet metal. Might want to post a WIW thread just for giggles.

While it's not worthless, the '68-'69 fenders are the valuable ones (small marker lamp hole)...
