Local yard uses the item below called a Speedry marker. They work very well but they are expensive, about $23 each. Refill quart is cheap $18. They are sold by the case of 12 in order to get the $23 price. Just wondering if someone has a source for these in single units and maybe a better price. I will also post a pic of another product that is $3 each. I am getting a sample and will let you know how it works.
