I have these rims (see pic) I want to shine em up, and repaint the black part. The have some VERY minor surface rust on the chrome, and the black paint is flaking away. How do I go about gettin them looking like new? Sandblasting? losts of polishing? What paint do I use? Etc... Thanks!
