I have a question on the replacement of a AC compressor on a 2005 Buick Terraza. Has anyone done one? Any ideas on going about it. It looks to be hidden in the lower right corner of the engine. Not going to drop the front end, maybe comes out the front with the condenser and radiator removed?

See if removing the splash shield helps access.

I'm seeing removal of air deflector and right side splash shield as noted above. Looks like rad and condenser can stay in.

I have done plenty of gm fid van ac compressors....they are tight but do fit out.

If you have the tire up in the air you can gain some clearance by loosening the front right cradle bolt and then a couple other and let it droup a little. But most of the time that isn't needed. They did use a few different compressors over the years with various sizes
