I swear I saw a 1970 GSX on a video game somewhere...any video gamers out there know what I might have seen? I think it was on a PS/PS2 platform, but I'm not sure. Are there any other games with Buicks on them, GNs or anything else? Just wondering...might sway my decision on which platform to buy in the future... :brow: Larry Long Live the A-body!!
There was a game with a yellow GSX on the cover, however the car was not in the game. This was a few years ago. For some reason I can't remember the name of it, and I actually have the promotional poster for it at home. ou: Jeff
In Midtown Madness 2, here is the link, awesome game too. I used to play it like crazy. http://www.mm2c.com/files/cars/?CarID=61
Well, in GTA VC the Sabre turbo seems to have a combination of things, a buick skylark/GS front clip and an olds cutlass/442 rear, but it sounds like a BBB under the hood, and its super fast :3gears:
You can addon cars to most any PC video game. I was just looking at a super nice Frierri 360 addon car for GTA VC. super nice detail.
Grand Theft Auto III (X-box) has a (they say it's a ) 76 Riviera. To me it seems more like a 74 (bumper)
For the GTA VC crowd. I found a nos patch. Every 5 sec you can hit the juice. The turbo sabre was fast, now it insane. joeysNOSmod.zip I found importing new cars to much work but this little mod is to simple and only 600k. I can / could email it to anyone. http://vcworld.gtagaming.com/ its really cool to jump half way across town. Or hit the right jump and you can literally fly into outer space.
I believe the very first game that dad24gr8kdz was looking for was the original "Driver". I was so excited to drive that car, only to find out it wasnt even in the game.
Grand Theft Auto 2. The GSX has a GSX emblem in the usual place, and I beleive a Stage1 badge on the other side of the grille. Grand Prix Legends features the Brabham BT24, which is powered by a Repco V-8. The Repco engine was based on the BOP aluminum 215.
Well I spent about 6 hrs straight last night just playing with the NOS mod. The thing works by calculating your forward movement. So it can get you out of stick situations. Long as your moving, it works. Even up side down. Also why if you can keep the nose of the car or what ever in the air, it will just keep going up. The only problem I had was I ended up in the water allot.
 Its a good game, even after you beat it theres alot more to do and more exploring. I like getting chased by the police. :3gears: What operating system do you play on?
I play it on Win2k pro. I have it on Win me also but I have a driver issue with the sound board. The game only plays for 20 mins then the sound goes crazy. very slow n metallic echoy like a duplex problem. My computer is new but slow for today 2.1 celron but I'm using a SDR board/memory not DDR with a Gforce 2 pro ti. All I did last night was run from the police. That NOS mod is sweet. Not many car can do more then 2-3 or they get squirmy. 5 in a row is my best and your flying. But the cops get extra mad when they can't catch you. Even on 4 stars you can now get away from them for a min. I can't use nos on the bike though. I have found myself stuck in walls or inside buildings or objects. As I was going so fast I got stuck into the object before the computer could make the object solid. I tried just about everything but a boat and they all are cool with nitrous.
