I think any year will fit as long as you have the correct brackets. '70 brackets are different than '71-'72 which are the same. GS bumpers are the same with the exception of the '71-'72 N-21 option (thru the bumper exhaust). I l also think in '70 there was a rear bumper without the "Buick " emblem.
