Hi Guys, Has anyone swapped a camshaft in a 68-69 w/ a 400 engine in the vehicle? Can you get the cam past the core support post? Is it adviseable to do it in the car or should I just pull the engine back out. o No: Thanks for your help.
Bill, You can just take the bolts out of the top of the center, hood latch support thingy (whatever its called) and slide it over a little. Cam will go in just fine. Good luck.
