I have a 65 skylark 455 76 block Holley carb I have 5.9lb of press on fuel pump the bypass line on fuel pump is plug problem I'm having is carb floods was told that the fuel pressure is to high my ? Is do diff yrs have diff fuel pressure say doses fuel pump for a 68. 430 have less pressure than one for a 76 455 and also does it Change the pressure when you have the return line plugged as mine has been because the 65 didn't have a return line . Any idea on my options would really help
