Hi guys i am looking for a carb rebuild kit for an original 64 rochester 4 brl it was on a 300. I went to the local parts places NAPA and advanced and neither one could find a rebuild kit even when they looked up the tag number. I think this carb would be kinda neat with its mechanical secondaries and water operated choke. I was just wondering if any of you guys have rebuilt one of these and if so were did you get the kit. If all else fails I will just go buy a new Edelbrock performer series carb. I ran one on another car and it was great. thanks for the info Adam
You could start with www.kanter.com If they dont list your carb kit spacifically, contact them directly... These guys are fantastic at locating obscure out of production parts, and their prices are pretty reasonable! Good luck!
