It looks like I am finally going to get my car to Stanton this year, just got my wheels & am looking for tires. Before I lay out the big $$$ for Coker (or whoever) G70 X 15 Goodyear wide ovals, I wondered if anyone had any other better ideas. Thanks for your input- and Brian, congratulations on your Martin times- are you going to get that beast into the 12's??? Stan Palma

    I'll try. 13.04 at Stanton.....13.09 at Martin.

Both times the car was dead cold......she no like heat.

Whatever you do don't put on radials!

Mine have come from Coker.....either direct or using my Year One gift certificates....and they drop ship.

Stay with bias ply's if they start to spin they will pull through it but when radials spin they are gone.

The bias ply's will give you years and years of racing for your dollar also. Unless you are Benoit then a season is a stretch. Maybe his new benoitment cream will help him keep the tires around longer.

I been running radials , Big radials on my car for 15 years. Due to Autorama and future purestock racing I finally ponyed up the money and bought a set of coker redlines. Skinny and small but holy crap they hook good on the street. Can`t wait to see what they do at the track. Do it and stay away from the radials...
