I'm driving down the interstate, and this Mustang (looks like a Cobra) is slowing gaining on me. I decide to try to engage the Mustang in a race. The Mustang finally pulls up next to me - I look over at the driver, it's a 45ish year old woman who is picking her nose. I decided not to race... -Bob Cunningham bobc@gnttype.org
LOL..... I don't think I would have raced her either. The steering wheel could have been very slick from the treasures she dug out  That could have gotten very ugly :Brow:
What a goof! That was hilarious. In fact, just this morning I was driving on I80 and I see this chick, really nice blonde girl, slowly coming up on my left in this Del Sol or some chick car. As she passes me I glance over and she has half her left pinky finger UP HER NOSE! I was like AWWWGHHH! That's almost as bad as slowing down to check out a girl on the side walk and finding out it's a dude when he/she turns around. Nothing makes Johnny run for cover any faster than that. Sorry JW. I know that was borderline. ou:
 You guys must not be aware that many of these newer vehicles have a "cloaking device" automaticly built in making the occupants invisible to all others......or at least I think that's what many of them assume. Just goes to show another reason I believe there are so many wrecks (IMHO)....these people tend not to notice others even exist!ou: __________________________________________________ My story from today.... I pulled up beside a guy earlier today at a light and his lower jaw was practically resting in his lap with the most absolute blank stare on his face. I looked over at him a couple of times before the light turned green....nothing...I wasn't even sure the guy was breathing. And I could have sworn he was drooling somewhatuzzled:. Anyway, light turns green and I pull away but not him... looking in my rearview and several seconds go by before he even budges (due to the people behind him honking I'm sure!). I don't know if this guy just had a bad or tragic day or what but he certainly had no business being on the road at that time. :spank:
A few months ago, We were crusin in a buddies 76 Formula Firebird...Take out it to an old highway..ya know, Felt like opening that old 400 open alittle bit. Well, there was a truck in front of us. doing like 25 in a 55...my friend was about to pass him..Then the truck started swerving like crazy, SO we're thinkin this guy must be drunk.. We follow him alittle ways...then all the sudden, this head pops up in passenger seat..that wasnt there before I guess he did see us behind him either...Cause he sure as hell took off after that lol
And I always thought it was easy to guide but hard to keep a constant speed. Something about lack of control below the waist...
Chose not to race a Mustang... Seems like there are only a small handful of Mustangs worthy of wasting the gas on anyway.
