Chrome paint. Suggestions?

    Can anyone recommend chrome paint to touch up or restore the faded worn out plastic moldings in my car? Some areas are just to difficult to remove aqnd have them re-chromed.

    This is just an idea but have you thought about using that chome leaf stuff that you use on small stuff like model cars. They sell it at most hobby stores. I think it comes in paper size sheets and you just peel the backing , stick it on and then trim it. It smooths out pretty well. Then you could use a small brush and paint on a clear of somekind to keep the chrome leaf from scraping off. Just a thought. I haven't ever found achrome paint that looks anything close to chrome
