    It seems to still happen often where someone (usually with a low or no post count) posts their car for sale. Yet there's no location and no price - just "email me at X@Y.com for more info".

    I was just reading through the sticky with the rules, and I found this:

    Is this still happening? If so, why are the moderators letting so many slip through?

    Moderators no longer prescreen the for sale posts so they have to be called to their attention.

    It was a major inconvenience, and caused more problems than solutions.

    I was wondering if that was the case as the result was a lot of "where is my for sale ad?" posts.

    Thanks for starting this thread Steve. While we're at it, lets remind everyone of this policy also:

    .. commentary will no longer be allowed in someone's ad. If you want to comment on something, make your own new post about it, in the Bench, or other appropriate forum. Reasonable requests for more pictures, info, or other sale related communication is still allowed
