    Hi,

I want to clean up the clock in my '64 Electra (i'm surprised it works!) but I am stumped on how to remove the adjuster knob so that I can remove the face. What is the trick to that? There is no set screw and it will not pull off.

It screws off. Pull the stalk out, hold it with needle nose pliers, and unscrew the knob.

so I tried tooth polish. I tried Crest first. not a lot of improvement. I then tried arm and hammer. Made it like new in seconds of polishing!
