    Hello,

I have a rare 79 Roadhawk, skyhawk, with bad 3.8, putting in a buick 350 sb, in it's place. ISSUE: 4speed

    I have a 1970 350 buick

flywheel here, and a full clutch spring pack with a 12" total dia. pressure plate. the clutch I have is a "BRUTE FORCE" 11.75" dia. clutch spring plate. the clutch is a 1.125 with 10 spline. all seams ok with this.

CAR: 3.8 9.125" clutch assembly 4 speed gearbox. Taking out 3.8 with old clutch, tranny spline is 1.125 10 spline.

so I have 10spline 1.125 ok, DO I , use the BELL from skyhawk, or I have a 455 4 speed bell here. Did they use same bell?

Starter, do need a 350 starter or use 3.8 with new gear on drive end?

Clutch fork: I have a 4speed 455 bell with fork, do USE with 455 bell or May I reuse old bell and old FORK? into new 350 flywheel and clutch. ?

sorry if asking dumb questions I am an automatic guy doing manual for first time.

SO puting in 350 buick motor, into skyhawk, old 3.8 out, need to put in clutch drive to original tranny. thanks for help.

Near Anoka MN, if Trishield Buick shop would see me I could show them my parts too. thx
