    Hi,
Where can I find the rear coil spring lower rubber cup for a 71 Skylark.
OPG and The Parts Place only list the uppers.
    Thanks Bruce

    Really
I thought they would stop any loose spring rattling, then again if there rattling I've got bigger problems :Dou: I was going to put new ones back in because I could, plus it's going to stiffen up the new rear spring a little.
    Thanks Bruce

I think they are called isolators and PST has them in poly. (if I remember correctly)

should not have to woryy about rattling, once the car is on the ground. the upper cup will keep the spring from turning, if it ever did.

    Hi,
PST only sell the upper's, Since this is a 64 Skylark with a 71 Skylark rearend I thought purchase uppers for th 64 and uppers for the 71 using the uppers from the 71 on the lower part of the spring. But PST doesn't have uppers for the 64 and want to charge $21.00 shipping for a $10.00 set of uppers for a 71. :Dou:

Just went out and looked at my 70 and there are no lower isolators. I did put in uppers.

That shipping cost is kinda like inkjet printers, cost more to put in new ink than you paid for the printer.

    Hi,
In a 70/71 could you use the upper coil spring rubber cup in the lower position. The 64 has open upper and pigtail lower, I think 68 to 71 has pigtail ends on upper and lower end of the spring.
    Thanks Bruce
