I have a 67 Olds Cutlass with a column shift. It won't lock in place. I can move the shifter up and down without pulling the handle towards me. The spring seems to be in place because the handle goes back by it's self. Can anyone help me on this? I guess i'm assuming that all GM "A" bodys had the same columns. Thanks. Tom
