I have a JW Winters. Check out there website. High quality for a fair price. Just make sure you tell them you need a Buick bolt pattern. It is amazing how many times companies do not know that our cars are not the same as Chevy. I have a friend who owns a trans shop and he always tells me to stay away from anything TCI! I don't know why but he works with this stuff all the time so I don't argue with him. Not trying to badmouth anyone with their products but I trust his advice.

Lock-up/clutch converters are basically the same thing. TH400 is neither.

I don't know if Jeg's caries them, but some of the best converters are from Coan. Just put one in my car and love it! Converters are the ultimate "you get what you pay for" go-fast item.
