This is pertaining to 1970-72 skylark/custom/gs. I have a 71 skylark custom. I would like to keep the hood, the trim, the headlights, the bezels, etc... correct for 1971. My question is, which core supports are compatible with this configuration? Would a 70 work? 72? or maybe other years? By work, i mean, will i still be able to bolt on all my 71 parts correctly? Thanks in advance.

If your core support is rusty I have repair kits available to repair it.

Yes i have seen those repros, you've done an AMAZING job at making the repairs of the inner fender and the support patch. But $ is definately an issue. I thought mine wasnt too bad, but infact its so bad that it misalligned the entire front end. I have some stuff wedged under there at the moment to keep it looking "ok" but it wont do when im actually driving the car. Anyways, the reason i ask, is because i may have found a support in a junkyard, almost free, so that would save on costs for me quite a bit. Will keep urs in mind though.
