I have a 71 Stage 1 car. Auto without AC. The core support has two pieces or 1 inch wide iron strap running from the top of the support to the bottom. It appears factory, with the way it is bent and the fasteners used. Can anyone explain this? Thanks, Allen
Picture would help, but I have never seen anything like that. My guess is that it was added for some reason.
