What is the correct color for the 65 buick 300 engine?
    Thanks,
    Philip

It's a blue green color. Mine's more green, but others I've seen were more blue.

Should be the same color green used on the nailheads, 401/425 in 65. Jim Burek

A friend of mine just did his 65 Riv nailhead with paint from CARS. It didn't match the old engine paint due to fade. If you are going to do the whole motor, it should work fine.

Bill Hirsch carries it too and they have a website. They may make CARS paint.

Ok, thanks for all the info. My engine only has paint on the timing cover, and it's kind of a green color.
    Thanks,
    Philip
