I have a 66 skylark that I just got a good hood to put a cowl on .First is there anyone out there that makes a aftermarket one for this year car? If not has anyone used the Aluminum one in the back of CarCraft or Hot Rod? I need to put one on as I have a SP1,Holley,and NOS plate wont stay under the hood. I need at least 3inches more. I would like a 4 inch I think. I plan to hide a few gauges under the back side of it. Would fiberglass be a better chose?I just like the idea of the aluminum as I have seen other hoods done and aftera few years the cowl sags in the middle. Thanks For the help Doug PS: I want one on this car as I use to have a pic of a Red and a light blue 66 skylark that had cowls on them. I lost the site and the pics after a computer crash.
