Hi Guys I have a 1967 Buick Skylark it has a Buick 350 with HEI distributor, my problem is every once in while I can not get it to start. I Have been driving it weekly since spring. MY Carb is a 4 barrel Q-jet. every time I go to start it if its been sitting for a day I always have to put a little gas in the carb then she will fire up right away, then once in a while I will put some gas in the carb and go to start it and all it does it crank does not fire up... I let it sit for a few hours thinking I flooded it out and went to start it and it cranks bit wont fire... it did this last year right before I put it in storage I Tried every day for a week and I could not get it to fire plenty of crank but wont fire off. this year when I went to pick it up from storage I put a little gas in the carb and wham she fired right up.... weird.. and has been firing up every week since then, but last night I poured a little gas in the carb and nope no starting... she is stubborn I need some help on seeing what this very intermittent issue is.. help please.
