I have a friend that needs to sell some of his high end Buick engine parts. First off is a brand new Crower billet crank from TA. It's the 4.400" stroke version, (same that I have in my 523 ci engine). This crank is getting near the $4000 mark and he is selling it for $2500. That's a great price!!! Second is a set of TA Stage 4 heads. I have no other info on these. Third is a 494 stroker kit with GRP rods, JE pistons, etc. I don't know what he is asking for the last two items, but I know he is offering everything at a very reasonable price! Please call him and talk to him directly ...... DO NOT CALL OR PM ME, as I have no more info. His number is 1-831-206-4899 and he is Pacific time in California, so time your call accordingly. His name is Larry. Thanks, Steve
Interested in the 494 kit pending price and little more info.If not maybe crower crank if I can make it work with my pistons.
Might be interested in the crank. I need to make some calls. I know we are not dealing with you Steve but wanted to keep things square.
Thanks everyone for the interest in the items. He may have more things for sale but I guess you'd need to ask him. Everyone please remember these are not my items and for all info, prices and where you are "in-line" to purchase, please call LARRY at 1-831-206-4899 PT. Steve
I think its more of a misunderstanding then anything, Steve did post they were not his parts and to call Larry. The only thing left is the stage 4 heads. Chris
Devon you may be correct. Guess I should have put it in "Cars and Parts For Sale Leads". The same problem would still exist though. Is it so damn tough to READ and understand what is written? There really was no need to respond to this thread at all, unless just out of courtesy Sorry if I upset anyone by trying to help out a friend sell his parts collection because he lost his business. Next time, please read the entire post before hitting the keys. Thanks
I did read the entire post before I hit the keys. I'm not upset because someone called and grabbed it before me. I was only following board rules to ward off any bickering about who was in line. Probably would have been better had Larry posted the stuff himself. That way the rules could have been followed. They are pretty cut and dry.
Todd, post #12 was not directed at you. Sorry if anyone was disappointed in any way. I'm just happy that Larry was able to sell some of his stuff to raise money in this tough time for him. Thanks to all that understand! Steve
