This year at the BPG nats, I had a small issue with the charging system on my car. I ended up getting caught dead in the middle of the staging area surrounded by cars....not even a jump start would help me!

I had the same exact problem with my LeSabre years ago, so I assumed it was the voltage regulator, since that was the problem with my LeSabre. Dana instantly offeredd to run to the Zone and buy one for me on the spot.

He was back in 10 minutes with hte part!:beer

I thankfully got my car started back up (don't ask me how, because I have no idea how) and I ran it down the track.

I got the ragulator fixed, and I didn't have that problem again...until that night:Dou:

It wasn't the regulator! I think I was cooking my starter with my headers, since it's only about a quarter inch away from the header itself.

But I just wanted to give a big thanks to Dana, since he killed his own time to help a guy out! I had almost forgotten about this until I read his post in my "Good Deed" thread.

Thanks Dana!!!!!:beer :beer :beer :beer

I've met so many great people since I have joined the BPG and the BCA that I would never trade any of it....

The Andrews' and the Smith families are two of the best examples I can think of.
