Hey I just bought a th350 transmission from a wrecker, well i think i did anyways i was looking on the internet and it has info on how to tell the two trannys apart well ive got a big problem. For the th250 tranny is says it has an external band adjustment which my tranny has but my tranny also has what a th350 tranny should have and that is the 4 pin connector on the drivers side of the tranny case.... so what kind of transmission do i have i am really confused

You have a 250C The "C" indicates lockup converter., hence the 4 pin electrical connection. There was a 350C also. The 250 trans is a lighter duty version of the 350 trans.

I would go with the 350. The second gear actuated intermidiate band is the weak point in the 250.
