Distributer for '67 340

    I have a 1967 Special with a 340, and I would like to get away from having to adjust the points on my distributer. I was looking at a new MSD 85-48 which is mechanically advanced and does not accept a vacuum advance system like the one on my car. Is there any way I can convert my setup to use a new aftermarket distributer?

    Contact the ignitionman on this BB. He can rebuild, recurve, and install an MSD magnetic pickup as well as an adjustable vacuum advance into you current points distributor. Then it's just a matter of plugging it into an MSD box. BTW, please post your name in your posts, we're a friendly bunch here.

    I have the MSD billet distributor on my 340. A simple installation.

    Very please with all the MSD products.

    I also take the stock points distributors and convert them to a small body HEI.
