Distributor Cap Firing order

    I looked everywhere in the 1973 Buick SHop manual. NO where does it say which of the towers on the distributor is the number 1 tower ? Does anyone know ? PLEASE tell me.

    #1 is on the left (clockwise) of the adjustment window.

    You can turn that distributor body around all day and make up your own #1 spark plug terminal. Where the rotor is pointing at at TDP of cylinder #1 (with both the valves closed) can be your spark plug #1 terminal.
