distributor question

    I read on here that the 350 distributor will fit on a 455, is that correct? If true, I know I need to swap the gear, but does anyone know a good place to find one?

    Go to " parts wanted" and someone will have several also TA performance sells the gear. Good luck. Check the "search" on how to install it.

    I have heard that they will interchange if the proper gear is used. There is a difference in the amount of teeth on the gear. Also watch out for the advance rate (curve) since it may be different.

    The 350 gear has 14 teeth and the 455 has 13 teeth. Swap the gears and the distrubitor will fit.
