So on the 18th of august I won a set of 67 skylark door panels on ebay. I paid through paypal on the 19th. A week or so went by, I received nothing. Iask the guy for the tracking number, he gives ot to me, and it turns out it as shipped, but UPS had lost it. I don't know if any of you have had to deal with UPS in this sort of situation, but as the receiver you get nothing. No info, no updates, nada. It's all the sender because that's who their contract and obligation was with. So on september 3rd Brian seems like a good guy, tells me he'll send a money order for my full amount on the following monday, and that he'll file the claim with UPS. No problem. Well that monday comes and goes, and the next, and the next. Now it's september 25th and he won't answer my phone calls, nor emails. I am 99% sure he got the check and/or the panels back from UPS and decided he needed them more than I do. I have filed a claim with ebay, paypal, and will obviously be leaving him negative feedback. I also contacted a private investigator who gave me ALL this guys personal info. Name, address, parents name and address, etc... I even have his license number, and vehicle registration. All of this will be handed over to my lawyer monday morning. Long story short...DO NOT DEAL with Brian Todd, his wife Angela Todd under the ebay account NCcissy or email address NCCissy@aol.com
