Do they still make this grease gun accessory?

  1. I need to lube my CV joint over the Christmas holiday. The book shows using special "nozzle and coupler Alemite #326375" but I have never seen any grease gun tip like this. :Do No: Is this a common adapter or at least one that is still made? Anyone know if it is available at most parts places (AutoZone, Advance Auto, Harbor Freight, Sears, etc)?

If someone could post me a link to the modern equivalent or shed some light on this adapter, I would appreciate it.
