Does anyone know if a 65 Riviera came with a mechanical or electric fuel pump. I have 2 fuel lines run to the tank, but don't know what they are suppose to connect to. Thanks Keith
It uses a mechanical pump........the second fuel line going back to the tank should be a vapor return line. :bglasses:
There should be a third nipple on the gas filter.........that is a vapor bleed and the hose goes from there back to the tank. I assume the car originally had a/c......non-a/c cars did not have the vapor return line. :bglasses:
Man this is great, that helps me out alot. The car does have ac, but I don't think it still works. Thats just another thing to work on later. Thanks Keith
