.....in 18-20 in sizes????? Also white walls???? I'd like to fill the wheel wells better, but retain a classic look without lowering the car or putting "modern" "new style rims on.

I was gonna say wheel vintiques too, they only go up to 17, but the thing about these style rims is personally I dont think they look to good in bigger sizes, have you seen them?

Yeah, checked with them. I've never seen the big sizes. Got any pics???? I like the rally wheels in larger sizes. Oh, well, at least if I go reg size, it won't cost an arm and a leg....:idea2:

I dont have any pics but i had mocked some up on my riv cause I was gonna go with the steelie look with some spider caps, they looked awesome, just get some real beefy tires on em. I was gonna do white walls for the complete look.

I musta misunderstood you. I thought you didn't like 'em. Where did you get 'em to mock up? Or do you mean photoshop? I also think wide whites would look killer, but bullet caps instead. Or just do the whole 5 spoke mod version chrome rims, but it wouldn't look so classy IMHO

I meant that I dont think they would look good if they were super big, I did 15's and loved em. Definitely some fat white walls. I got to mock them up because a guy was selling them on craigslist but with the big ol drums that I have they ended up not fitting.
If you're looking for good caps and trim rings etc for them for a good price google mikeshubcaps.com great stuff and good prices. Let me know if you end up doing it, gives the car a cool hotrod look

This is the wheel I really love. I'm confused about trim rings though. Is this a plain wheel or does it have trim rings on it???

I dig the spider caps, but these are more my style 6 inches!!!!: How do these fit? Are they "push through" from the back? Or do they "snap, click" in???

I could afford these in 16s, but it seems there are NO bigger tires in wide whites made-even by Coker (say 255x60 or 65, etc). The ones they do have run over $200!!!!!! So now I'm torn. I could easily go the modern 5 spoke variety w/ black tires, but the smooties/bullet caps/ wide whites would set it apart from all of the others ,be a lil' different and have a "old school" look to 'em-it just gonna be harder to source and more $$$$$$!!!!! :(

I'm all ears if anyone has any ideas....:beer

Those ones you posted look all chrome, no trim rings, if you like that look check out the "ripple disc" on this website http://hubcapmike.com/vintage_hubcaps.html
I like that option because if you cant decide between that and spider caps you could always go back and forth, with a painted rim covered up by the full cap and when you take it off the rim and just do spider caps you can have the color too, be it red, or what I plan on doing, body color.
Spider caps ive dealt with are different, some bolt on from the back and others snap over the lug nuts, havent had a problem with either.
