Just wondering what has worked best, I still have the .035's in the primary and secondary that came with mine.
I had a stumble that was helped by going to 42s but then realized that when staging it was imperative to be on the intermediate rather than idle circuit. I bring the rpms up until I hear the motor get rich from the intermediate circuit (about 1800) and it won't stumble even with the 35s. The carb is a 3 circuit 9375. One time when the traction sucked I left at 1400 on purpose to induce the stumble and the stumble was perfect allowed it to hook up.....killed my reaction time big time though..... Bruce
I have a old two stage 1050 on mine and had to take off PCV and go to huge squirters on mine to get stumble out of it. I would have to look again to be sure but I think I am at about a 47 in the front and about a 56 in the rear. My biggest 60ft improvments cam from carb tuning over suspension mods but I am glad I have the suspension mods in the back to keep the rear end in the car and launch straight now that carb works, In the last two years I have gone from low 1.60s 60ft times to a best of 1.489, mainly on carb tuning.
