    Natural Selection sometimes isn't pretty.

Drinking and driving is an evil part of socializing.

If people went so friendly they would not get together out side the home and drink.

Sooner or later bars will be illegal as its impossible for people not to drink n drive.

If there was no where to drive to an drink? Problem solved.

Except for them drive Thur liquor store in Texas.

    hehehe

So stop being so friendly. Be a jerk to your friends and drink at home.

I seen it on the news a few mins ago. N I wonder if the guy will get into much if any trouble?

    Because

1 His friend knew he was drunk but still rode with him.
[He should of taken the keys or found another ride.]

2 His friend was hanging out the window, which means he had no seat belt on showing even more lack in judgment as he knew the driver was drunk?

Sure the driver swerved or went off the side of the road and snagged the guys head on the wire. But who's to say a rabbit didn't run out or a dog that made him swerve.

I don't think being drunk comes into play much except for the driving home and passing out. the passenger who lost his head[ hehehe] made the decision to ride with him and hang out the car in an unsafe way. The driver drunk or not may of swerved for a good reason not related to being drunk???

and of course since he was drunk n his buddy was dead and not coming back. He figured his only chance to get some real sleep or rest was to just drive home and deal with it later. Which can make him look some what guilty but the guy was dead and nothing could save him.

Is there any real reason to rush a headless guy to the hospital???
    Or deal with the police???

Sure they save it illegal to leave an accident but there was really no reason to stay. Well except to grab the head.

This makes me think of them laws that if your with someone that commits murder. You can goto jail as if you did the killing.

So both parties are guilty of drunk driving???

I seen a girl get life in prison cause her boyfriend shot a lady cop. And because he killed himself, they went after her for [revenge] and she got life for what he did.

They actually are testing RIGHT NOW a key system for your car that is basically a Breathalizer hooked up to an electronic key - you breath into it before trying to start the car - If you "Pass" you go.

Its reportedly supposed to be for convicted DWI'ers

    IM ALL FOR IT !!

The last time I ever got behind the whell stuuuupid drunk was in college sone 24 years ago - woke up with a splitting headache the next afternoon, looked out my window and saw my car parked in the driveway and sighed in relief

......then spent the next two days talking with people and trying to remember where I went and how I got home. Scared the crap outa me

And THAT was the Last time I ever got behind the wheel under the influence
