65WILDKAT A PROUD FATHER OF THREE!

I put on some used door panels from a Wildcat Deluxe and my Cat is not a Deluxe so I noticed that the Armrests for the Deluxe are longer because the holes for the Screws that attache to the door do not line up with my the new panels. The old arm rests that I have are too short. I am not looking to make a concourse resto here so I was wondering what I could use in place of the old ones? Also The window crank for the vent windows do not fit, The shaft to the crank is too short? :Do No:

I have 'Custom' cars with the 'paddle' type door openers. Maybe the base 'Deluxe' don't, and have the lever arm type-and that gives you a diff length rest? If so, the door itself has to have a locating spot for a diff hole location. I think many cats in '65 have the upgrade interior as well as standard-so lots of parts out there and the other GM divisons, too. I don't see there'd be any diff with the vent crank with either panel-

    Impala SS

I was looking at the 65 Impala SS and they have the paddle door handles and I think that is the way I will end up going. The only thing is that I was wondering if they use the Screw to hold the Paddle handle in place instead of the clips?????
