Typically the panels are held on by clips that fit into a recess under the panel. Mine also has some screws at the very bottom. there's a tool that removes the clip and protects the panel, might be hard to locate unless from a specialty tool supplier. The clips are right angle affairs that sit inside the panel and slide into a female socket, made from plastic. Across the very top on mine, at the weatherstripping area, is a curved piece of steel that runs the whole length of the panel, underneath the vinyl. This also clips into place, but not with the litle metal clips that are on the sides of the panel, this fits into a portion of the door along the whole length. I find that by sort of jiggling it back and forth while applying a little upwards pressure removes that part. A firm slap with my palm seats it when I put it all back together.

    Door Panel -

    1. Take out the screws along the bottom of the doors.
    2. Look over the armrest, remove the large phillips screws that hold it in place.
    3. Remove the window cranks. There is a special tool for this, you push the tool under the crank and pop loose a retainer ring. Tool costs about $5.
    4. Remove screws from any remote mirror controls, power window switches, etc.
    5. Pull the panel gently inward, looking at the edge. Slip a putty knife in and pry the clips loose. They should pop loose straight in. Go all around the door sides and bottom.
    6. Unscrew and remove the door lock knob.
    7. With all of the clips and screws out, and when you can see under the panel all the way through to verify that nothing is holding it on, push up on the bottom to pop the top loose from the top of the door. It should lift right off at this point.
